Welcome to C&M Touring Services
C&M Touring Services are a family run business that started with the love of touring the countryside, whilst still having the creature comforts that a caravan and motorhome have to offer. With 14 years in a mechanical and electrical, engineering background, the hobby quickly became C&M Touring Services.
We offer a fully mobile touring caravan or motorhome and repairs service within the Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Norfolk & Suffolk areas. We can come to a place that suits you.
Every caravan should be regularly serviced. Not only for the safety implications (gas leaks/brakes etc) but also so you can enjoy your holiday. If you are not annually having your caravan serviced, sooner or later something is going to go wrong. Your holiday is intended as a time to relax, not going through the process of fault-finding. An annual caravan service does not obviously guarantee you will not have issues. However, it will undoubtedly reduce the odds of unexpected issues occurring.
Caravan servicing with our expert engineer, will give you peace of mind that your tourer is safe and ready for another year of wonderful holidays! We think of a regular caravan or motorhome service as an investment rather than a cost!
We offer competitive rates for the supply & installation of motor movers, Solar panels & 4G Aerials.
We are fully certified members of the Mobile Caravan Engineers Association, our qualifications consist of MCEA, NCC Electrical Test & Inspection. We are authorised service centres for Alko & Sunstore.

Full check on all running gear, brakes adjusted, stabiliser pads checked, check condition of breakaway cable, tyre condition and pressure check. Corner steadies check and lubricate, Inspect & test 12n, 12S & 13 pin sockets

A full interior including gas locker damp check will be carried out and a full report provided with all readings listed.
- Electrical & Gas check £90
Condition and test of 12N, 12S & 13 pin cables and plugs, operation of road lights, Function test of 12v appliances, condition of battery, Test & inspection of hook up cable, Operations of RCD, MCB's & earth Bonding, 230V connections & operations to appliances.Regulator performance & leak test of gas system, conditions & dates of gas hoses. Operation of appliances using gas.
- Caravan Pre- purchase Inspection From £60
100 Point inspection - Condition of wheels/ tyres, Lights, Electrical systems, External body work, Damp check, Interior fixtures & fittings, operation & condition of appliances
- Alde antifreeze replacement From £150
The blue ALDE heating fluid should be changed after every 2nd year with the latest G13 pink anti freeze which will last 5 years.
- Electrical Inspection and conditions report EICR £170
AN EICR report goes into more detail by fully checking all electrical connections, RCD's, MCBs, conditional of all cabling, A report is advised to be completed every 3rd year.
- Season ready Service £120
A full flush of the water systems, Gas inspection & tightness test, Battery check, 12v & 240v electrical test, A full operational check of all appliances. Tyre & age check.
- Emergency Call out charge including 1 hour labour £60
- Additional work per hour after call-out charge £40
